We are a practice based in Bahrain, specialized in high end residential projects. We pride ourselves in being able to adapt to projects and to the client's need.
To join our team, we are currently looking for a :
SR SITE MANAGER
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Supervise and organize daily work on site, coordinate the activities of all the trade and disciplines involved on the site
• Ensure that all operations are performed in accordance with the construction program and the quality standards required by the Company
• Oversee deliveries on site
• Provide appropriate information concerning additional requirements
• Prepare site report
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are adhered to at all times in accordance with Company procedures as well as the provisions of Health and Safety legislation
• Make safety inspections and ensure construction & site safety
The Sr Site Manager reports to the Managing Director
Votre profil :
Essential Skills:
• Chartered institute of building (CIOB) or relevant site experience (min 10 years)
• Strong people skills
• Problem solving skills
• Organizational skills
• Computer literate
